It was a pleasant stay at this hotel for us. Staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. Our room was neat and clean. One suggestion I would like to provide is that the shower area should have a complete glass door to avoid the water being splattered outside. Overall, we had a very good experience at this hotel. Thank you!

Honest Review of Fern Hotel, Agra
I recently stayed at this hotel in Agra during my rally weekend. Since we only need a place to rest for the night and leave early in the morning, we usually opt for good, budget-friendly hotels rather than five-star properties.
The hotel was decent, but the rooms did not meet my expectations. They felt quite casual, and cleanliness was a major concern. The sofa, walls, and even the balcony area had noticeable dirt and cracks, which could definitely be improved. Given that reviews help people make informed choices, I believe hotels should prioritize cleanliness for a better guest experience.
The hotel offers both indoor and outdoor parking, which is convenient. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on that, but I did order tea, which was good. The staff was polite and professional, which I appreciate.
As for the location, it’s in a crowded area but surrounded by many food and shopping options. It’s also not too far from the Taj Mahal, making it a good choice for those looking for an affordable stay without spending the whole day at the hotel.
Overall, I’m giving this hotel 3 stars’not because of any major issue, but because five-star ratings should be reserved for exceptional experiences. I hope the management works on improving cleanliness, as that would make a big difference for future guests.
Would I recommend it? If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay near the Taj with convenient amenities, this hotel could be an option.

Don't just go by the pics of the Rooms uploaded by the Hotel. Most of the Rooms are old n in disheveled condition. Worst the Hotel staff is totally impolite, especially the Manager at the Front Desk. Whenever I asked about something, the answer was always rude, as if they are doing us a favour by letting us stay there.
Don't Exepct any 4Star facilities or service. It is just a Budget Category Hotel charging the Rates of 4 Star.
Maintainence is also very poor, with dampness n smell in Rooms.
The Chandelier, in entrance lobby looks like, it has never been cleaned, with old disheveled flowers kept under it.
The Breakfast, Dinner menu is very very limited.
Overall a very very Bad Experience ’’

We had very great time here during our 3 day visit to Agra. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and nice. Food was great and the staff at the restaurant was very nice, specially Dharvesh. He made sure that we were comfortable and got everything we wanted at the restaurant. The way they treat people is really nice. We just came here for one night stay and extended our stay because of how good we felt at the hotel. If you’re planning a visit to Agra, this is the best place to stay as you can access many places from here easily. Our overall experience was perfect ’’
