Very nice property . Beautiful ambience.nice rooms. Service needs to be improved. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7..30. did not start. When asked at 8.0 very casual attitude. Said sir 15 min lagenge. Location is very far from city.

We visited here for the one day trip only but the service provided by the staff was the exceptional. Specially the Priyank Tiwari ji , he is the best in f&b department. Moreover, the chef Mr. Jitu ji cook good food for us. I’m impressed by all the staff members specially by Mr Harish. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Average review as food and restaurant which is basic requirement and the same was not so good. Delivery of food was uneven and staff is also very low need to shout again again to call them for order. Quality of food is also not so good. Recommend with clear advance confirmation of good hospitality and quality.

We recently stayed at the Star Club from November 9th to 11th. While the resort is well-maintained with a nice swimming pool and amenities, we encountered several concerns. Firstly, the restaurant staff were quite unaccommodating, and there were excessive charges, such as 150 Rs for a small fruit we requested for our child. Additionally, the service was notably slow; dishes like the curry would arrive well before the roti, causing unnecessary delays. Although the resort claims a three-star rating, the hospitality we experienced was comparable to a roadside eatery. Furthermore, management appeared indifferent to feedback, simply responding with ’we’ll address it next time’ and suggesting that any issues could be mentioned in a review. This lack of concern was disappointing, and we hope to see improvements in the future.
