Hotel Alka Inn

My experience was really good. I was not expecting this hotel is going to be that good. Pros: - Great location - high tech rooms - they provide all basic amenities - staff was good and cooperative Cons: - my room (306) was having some ventilation issue. So i suggest if you can opt for rooms with windows that would be great.

Before check-in, please check that there is no any even the primary kind of issues at your room because I’m not sure about other rooms but at my room the fan was making some noise. If we put it for a more speed, it was not making more noise, if put for some lesser speed, still it was making some sound. Also even related to restaurant, the food is very delicious but the restaurant was very tiny. Not even have enough space to sit for all customers at same time. The service in restaurant also too slow if any food tray becomes empty they people taking to much of time to refill it again. Then even washroom also very small, lift is congested too. I have even attached 2 videos with this particular review (fan making noise & congested lift), even I have faced hot water problem also here, one more issues here is we can hear some unnecessary sounds and noise at night from outside. This is not from the inside hotel, by the way this noise comes from out side roads and all. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and hygienic. Overall I can say it is an average stay. That’s it.

I can give the rating 5 all the rooms is good and clean and neet but it's only room size is small after that everything was good. manager is very nice person he will support to helping. Staff also very supportive and food also good. We stay group of members but I stay single bedroom it's good.

The place is slightly expensive. I booked two rooms for four family members but accidentally selected two rooms for two members while booking. During check-in, they charged an additional ’2000 for the extra two members, explaining that their charges are based on the number of occupants. Unfortunately, this happened at 11 PM, leaving me with no option but to pay. Instead of providing a proper receipt, they issued a cash voucher. Additionally, the receptionist was not very friendly, which made the experience less pleasant.

The hotel lives upto serving best standards, clean rooms and responsive staff. They present the customers with good manners and ambience seems to be pretty well. We lived a day and could not have been more happy and satisfied. Thanks
