Booked for Dinner Buffet, asked us to wait for 30 mins and no attempts were made to call us even after 60 mins. One of the worst customer service by Cafe Piano and they should be terminated immediately as they don't care about customer who came for dinner with booking confirmed for 8.30pm. While waiting these worst service staffs keep calling for those who came in bulk, just money minded only, zero customer service shown.

The Grand Bhagwati Liquor shop, one of the worst at serving customers and permit holders. They treat you like they are doing you a favor. I wish google let me do negative ratings rather than giving 1 star. The guy Faisal who sits there doesn't have any customer service attiquets nor an understanding of how to treat people. This comes from observing the place for over 45 minutes, it was not only me but almost everyone who was there got the same treatment. The people at Liqor shop will not answer any questions and will ask you to visit the permit office next to shop where Faisal will treat you with lack of attention and will not provide any assistance in applying a permit or answering your questions. They tell you that nothing can be done. I would recommend another liquor shops in the area to go to have permit issued and buy liquor from there.

I would like to mention a member from the restaurant team Mr shrivastava who really did a great job of taking care of us . The whole TGB team here is awesome you would love visiting them they are caring and are best in their fields. Overall a very good experience, keep doing , keep the same spirit of services.
