Sterling Lake Palace Alleppey

The place itself was ethereal. The colours and the vibe was unmatchable. Everyone was kind. Especially, Mr. Kiran Kumar and Mr. Hari Krishna, from the discovery Centre were exceptionally awesome. Their time and efforts were priceless. We had fun playing billiars and we are looking forward to coming here once more.

Our stay at Sterling Lake Palace Alleppey was truly unforgettable! The resort is a perfect blend of luxury and nature, offering breathtaking views of the backwaters and a peaceful ambiance. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and had a beautiful traditional touch. A special mention to Amrutha, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made our experience even more special. The staff, in general, were very courteous and always ready to assist with a smile.

Room was very convenient. Food was good. Abhilash and aasif did a great job with their service. Swimming pool was very nice and clean. Hari Krishna and his team Kiran, prashanth all were very supportive and professional. Would definitely recommend this place.

The experiene in this excellent property is great. I do recommend anyone coming to Alleppey should atleast experience this stay. Its in prime location, inside the property we have their own lake, and they provide complimentary hi tea, and complimentary 1hour boat ride daily. The restaurant is also very good, the food is awesome. The restaurant staff behavior is really nice, we are very happy with customer service of Saidul, Abhilash, Jayshree, Sumit. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Especially mentioning Debjyoti, Kiran, Harikrishna They have helped us throughout every part of our trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at sterling Alleppey . The rooms are clean and well maintained , they will provide a complimentary cruise in the evening that was amazing and food was delicious specially the breakfast’’ all the staffs are well trained and so professional special mention to Izar , Abilash from restaurant & Amrita & Deb from Reception. Overall It was a great experience.
