Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Raja Sansi, Amritsar

Me and my family recently had the pleasure of residing in ITC Raja Sansi Hotel, Amritsar for my daughter's wedding and I must say it was an unforgettable experience! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always eager to help. The rooms were immaculate, and the food was exquisite. The rooms were tastefully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were attentive and courteous, making sure our every need was met. We can't wait to come back! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. Overall, the hotel was 100% in all departments. Kudos to the team!!

Overall Experience: I stayed at this hotel with my family for 3 nights. Overall, the experience was good. Positives: ’ The check-in process was smooth and quick. ’ The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with shining washrooms. ’ The hotel staff was extremely courteous and well-mannered, which added to the pleasant experience. ’ I would recommend this property and will definitely consider it for future stays. Areas for Improvement: ’ Despite being a 5-star property, no high tea was provided. ’ There was no dedicated play area or indoor amenities for children. ’ The clubhouse lacked detox water, which is usually expected at such establishments Thanks

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was thoughtfully curated, offering a generous variety of options. The hospitality of the staff was warm and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. Additionally, the pricing was quite competitive within the Indian market.

Worst experience in a 5 star hotel! We checked in at 10pm, there was a smell in the room of it being closed for a long period of time, we asked for a room freshener which was ignored.. had to call for a tea bag twice(there was only 1 provided of the Indian spiced tea) We left early next morning at 9am in their shuttle bus to the golden temple and were out the entire day only to return at 11:30pm to see our room has not even been cleaned. Is it justified to pay 15k per night for this kind of service? And to top it all the manager comes to us and gives us the reason that the staff were instructed by us not to clean the room. It’s 12:30am and the manager offers free food as a compensation which made me even more furious- who eats at that hour?!? The cleaning staff of 2 literally took 10 mins to clean the room while we waited in the corridor. The carpet was not even vacuumed! -is that the standard of hygiene we expect in a 5 star hotel? The location is horrible! it’s even beyond the airport further away towards the outskirts! Think wisely before u book this hotel! Totally not worth it!
