Worst rooms . They have shown different rooms in pictures. Rooms in reality are different. Very old rooms. Cleanliness is not there . We just checked in the hotel , we demanded to upgrade our rooms in new lobby , they are not doing it . PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

Food is mediocre. No lift in the hotel. Stairs are steep. Don't book the dinner package, the choice are limited (they will argue for lengths without budging for a single different dish for 6 people group as well) and their offered dishes don't taste good as well. We booked 3 rooms for 5 adults. Last minute one more person joined us. I was not charged extra at Kashi or Prayagraj. But here they charged 4,000 extra per day. If originally booked for 6 people would have not costed more but adding at check in, they decided to make the customer pay (just for adding late) when rooms are for 2 people each. The staff only do their duty and are like robots. Will only tell you rules and rules till you get fed up.

The place is good. Centrally located. Neat and clean. Service is good. But the rooms have some hiccups. Charging points not working. Though balcony is provided cant open due to monkeys. No ventilation inside room. Be careful of people and sweet talk ss they try to take advantage of your zero knowledge about the city and charge higher prices.

Dont fall for the hotel rating. At best it is a 2 star hotel. This is a heritage hotel so, there are limits on remodelling. There is no elevator and the bathroom is a wet room. Whilst the shower was amazing.. it is away from the wall and there is no support in case you slip. I find this very dangerous and concerning as I was travelling with my elderly mother. But what made this hotel worst - old tatty towels - stained bedsheets - not even a conceirge desk - breakfast mediocre at best - the only positive thing was the shower, as long as you are careful. I do not recommend this at all or the travel agent we used.. Kings Hill.

Less staff, no etiquette, no standard rules. Staying in room 118 and bathroom drain was almost choke. The solution was hotel provided the wiper to clean bathroom every time we use it. There was only 1 key provided for the room and we were couple with kids but hotel front desk refused to provide extra key even after repeated request. Hotel doesn't have lift so it's difficult for senior citizen. Luggage shifting from reception to first floor is tedious task as very few Staff to handle when hotel is full. Regarding hotel industry standard rules, here they don't know. Hotel Staff enter rooms just after pressing door bell. Hotel Staff doesn't know how to receive guests. Front desk don't know how to talk with guests. They were so rude.
