Meenal Hotel

We visited the restaurant available here in the hotel and were not that happy with the service and food. The food served was not at all hot, the taste was not good, and staff was not available at times. For the price, quantity may be fine but taste has to be improved with customer service. Just an example, the lime soda ordered had the salt and sugar not at all mixed and it was at the bottom giving no taste. No idea about rooms, please check other photos.

Under renovations till Dec 2023, no Wifi available. Cleanliness not upto the mark. Still the same, standard price of 2500 per night.

I booked one day stay for me and my mother. Had worst experience with the room. The bed was not at all comfortable. Some metallic things were projected all over in one of the bed and whenever we moved in bed sound was there. Bed sheets were not at all clean. The colour of the white bedsheet were yellowish and stains were present. The bathroom was the worst. It was very dirty. The bathroom tiles were not clean, the closet was disgusting with zero cstains . The wash baisin was broken and very very dirty. There were left over shampoo packets afrom tne previous occupants. I think the room was not cleaned or sanitised after each checkouts. Totalky disgusting room. The ataff wrre very friendly especially the receptionist. Room service was fast. The restaurant is also good with delicious food.

Liked the food n staff were prompt in service but rooms not very clean n toilet was in bad condition ie the toilet seat was broken . ACwas not effective enough either.they charged rs2500 which is not worth at all. They shouldcharge max rs1200 for such a room

Have booked Oyo plenty of time before and never ever got such dirty and filthy room ever. I have 2 Oyo accounts. One for personal use and the other one for work. Room was so dirty that the floors were sticky and very uncomfortable. Also, I'm very allergic to dust. The room was completely filled with dust and fungai. Dust was everywhere. Even on the things which should be dusted regularly. On the TV, Bed Fame, and Oh my the curtains. I could not have goodnight sleep because of the dust accumulation. And man, i avoided using the bathroom as much as possible. It was the dirtiest bathroom i have ever been to. I can honestly say public toilets are cleaner. Anyway, I have pre booked and paid for breakfast. As i was in a hurry, I requested breakfast to be served in the room. They said they'll charge me Rs210 as rooms service charge. Just to get breakfast fro. The ground floor to thr first floor. It's just nuisance. What way is this to loot people? I Atleast asked them to send 2 cups of coffee for which they said it'll cost Rs210 per coffee for room service charge. I 2as so furious and angry and just left without even having breakfast. They also charged me extra for water bottles. The MRP on thr bottles was Rs20. They charged Rs37 for the water bottles. Dammm. I just paid the asked price and. Left. Pls whoever is reading this, don't do with the pictures. It's not at all like the pictures on the OYO app. It's just very dirty and smelly. Request Oyo to look into this matter on priority. It's Oyo brand we see and expect good and clean rooms.
