The property is actually very decent, but it is only reason of cooperative. I would not find the customer service very helpful. Even when I had arrived. The housekeeping on duty was very negligence and did not give the requested a towel for around 34 hours but then there was another friendly staff in the morning. Hotel took care of like very detail of pen which is the reason for this rating, but as you can see with the photos, the property itself is not. It is trying to comply with the three standards, but they have to try harder. I guess it’s I would not fall in justified, but then location is very decent. When you come for shopping, everything is accessible in pretty much more than walking distance. Shoutout to Narain (house keeping) and the security older guy.

Hotel Surya Treabo offers a great stay with clean, spacious rooms and modern amenities. The staff is courteous, and the location is convenient yet peaceful. We booked in January, and faced many problems. All these five star reviews seems fake. Although we informed about baby with us, they gave hot water only in morning that too not available in bedroom taps. stayed in room 209 which had this foul smell always as there was not a single window. Hotel is just beside the flyover so there is constant noise in many rooms. We love treebo breakfast but this time this hotel did not even provide basic level of service in breakfast. Single menu, very limited portion not even my toddler could satiate his hunger, it was only half bows upma. Per person they gave half bowl of either poha Or upma and cutting chai.. Height was they did not gave food to my toddler. Me and my husband has to share our breakfast with him and we booked free breakfast room in the name of treebo. Another thing bathrooms in bedroom are at so much elevated height that looked like they skipped two stairs to save the space. Caused me knee pain since then for a month now. Even after requesting so many times they did not provide elevation. Being new mom and these kind of rooms and food and service was not even half mark of treebo. Not expected from treebo.

Dingy Hotel. Dingy Rooms. Unclean toilets. As soon as I stepped inside the hotel i started sneezing. The toilets were so unclean that had to call them two times back to back to clean it. First they came and cleaned it, but still looked dirty. So had to call them again. Even the linens on the bed was not upto the mark. The Sofa was full of dust. Location is worst. No private parking available. Have to park your vehicle on a common road. Only positive thing about the place is that the staff is really very friendly and good people.
