Rooms were okayish. Bathrooms were great though. There is a swimming pool. Food is great. Service is poor. Location is good

We stayed here for a wedding for 3 nights. Refrigerator, electric kettle in the room not working. Staff is very indifferent, rooms not cleaned and linen not changed unless you ask for. Service is very slow.

Great hotel. Rooms are very spacious, clean and well equipped with all the necessary gadgets. Staff is really well mannered and professional. Service is really good. Food served is good enough but the service makes up for it. Their recreational centre was the main attraction for me as they had a pool table in pretty good condition and same goes for their table tennis table. Gym facilities were also available, however I didn’t use it so will not be able to comment on it. The swimming pool was also very good as the water was very clean.

Things are totally different from the pics shown in agoda app. Dark humid and cold interiors, dirty bedsheets, just a dusty old mattress in the name of "Extra bed" for which I paid extra charges, a junk yard in the name of gym and activity room and very ordinary dinner and breakfast. There were mosquitos in room but atleast they gave allout repellant when asked. Even during winter they keep the hot water supply off and provide only when asked. Really felt cheated as I paid a decent amount of around 5k for one night. I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone.
