I booked 2 rooms directly through the hotel. I realised I made a mistake that I paid the booking after looking at the reviews here. The moment I reached the place, I was completely shocked to see the condition of hotel. As mentioned by many people here, the place is actually worse than you can think of. The construction is too old and not very well maintained. Bathrooms are dirty, carpet smells of cigarettes all over the hotel. They have 2 floors. 1st floor rooms still have some interior renovation done 10 years ago. But 2nd floor rooms feels like 50 years old place. Please save your time and money and avoid this hotel. Simply not worth it.

If you overlook the location and room size, there's absolutely nothing good about this hotel. The food is pathetic, the service is third-rate, and the staff is untrained and unprofessional. Overall, it deserves a zero rating. Charging ’5000 per night is outrageous given their substandard quality. No gym no pool nthng.The only reason the rooms are spacious is that the hotel was built years ago, but the facilities are severely outdated. The toiletries are a complete joke, the bathroom faucets don’t work, and the towels provided are worse than those on trains. The bed linens are stained, the air conditioning barely functions, and the entire place reeks of neglect. This is not a hotel; it’s a nightmare disguised as one. Better book shivalik view nearby cheaper and way way better with big swimming pool and gym.

Stayed here for the whole week..... Rooms are fabulous... Even the room service and staff are all very polite and helpful.... Food was also delicious... No complaints at all.... Even I would even recommend choosing it as your stay....

Great experience with restaurant services... also great serving skills takes from shubam Thakur.... Amazing banquet services for corporate also for events....

It was a very cozy and beautiful hotel, I loved staying there, the staff is friendly but the indoor bar and restaurant is a bit expensive.overall recommend staying there once you are in the area, better than most of its surrounding properties
