Alreef Residency

One of the worst hotel in chennai. All the below reviews are fake. i paid 3K for the room through MMT, when i entered the property it was stinking badly in the lobby. I wanted to checkout on the rooms, the rooms were very bad and dirty , it is not a hotel. its a lodge. the owner is a very rude person who knows nothing about hospitality Industry, I just ran away from that place. dont ever book it.

It was a real mess when OYO operated the place. But things have changed. Chennai hotels have put hospitality and quality over downgraded disruptive marketing of OYO. Al Reef rightly pulls out of OYO clutch to give quality service, hygiene and safety to customers. The hotel is now renamed as Dreams Residency and they are doing a great job.

Beautiful hall at a very affordable price. Well maintained. 5 ACs for a small hall shows how much they care for their customers. They calculated how hot the place would be with food, people and the Chennai weather. Great experience.

Rooms are very nice & clean. Please check everything first before check-in.
