I came from Indonesia and stayed here about a week ago. We were delighted to stay here. The place was comfortable, the room was nice, the service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I also really liked that you provided Yakult at the restaurant during breakfast. It touched my heart and made me think that you truly care about our gut health :).
The laundry service was clean and fast.
Wishing all the staff at Hablis good health, and we hope to visit again.
We feel very grateful to have chosen this hotel as our place to stay.

Loved the place. The rooms were clean, spacious and the staff was very helpful. The location is not bad and easily accessible from all areas.
The only concern I had with my stay was that one of the two elevators (lifts) was not working during my stay which made getting up and down from the 8th floor a real pain especially during peak hours.

Stayed at Hotel Hablis, Chennai, Room 101, from 22-27 January 2025. The room was spacious with excellent AC, a good TV, and a very clean washroom. Daily housekeeping was prompt, and the hearty breakfast was a highlight.
However, no staff assisted with luggage during arrival or departure, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the lack of in-house salon services combined with the policy of not allowing external providers like Urban Clap was disappointing.
Overall, a great stay with a few areas for improvement.
One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The room smell of mold, the furniture in the room is very dirty and old. the bedsheets were torn, and several pieces of electrical equipment were malfunctioning. There is dust everywhere in the room, the AC grill is clogged with dust. Money was stolen from the room. The hotel managers promised to give the results of the investigation within a few hours. A day has passed BYand no one has contacted me. This means that hotel CCTV cameras are not working. No one returned the stolen money.
This is the worst experience of staying in a hotel.

We hosted our baby shower function on March 16, and the experience was nothing short of amazing.
A huge thanks to Mr. Thirunavakarasu, the manager, for his excellent service. From timely service and prompt responses to flexible pricing and scheduling, he ensured everything was seamless. His great hospitality and humble, customer-friendly attitude stood out. He fulfilled all promises made at the time of booking, making sure we had no hassles throughout the function. The hall was neat and well-maintained, and the cleaning staff was very friendly. Overall, he made sure everything ran smoothly and stress-free.
Another special mention to Chef Vinoth Kanna’his approach was truly exceptional! He provided great food customization options and went beyond expectations by preparing extra dishes apart from the promised ones. His dedication was remarkable’he was present in the dining area throughout the function, personally serving guests and ensuring everything was perfect. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and the chocolate walnut cake was an absolute hit! Despite the limited menu I provided, he delivered an outstanding experience, leaving all our guests stunned by the taste and service. His warmth and care made me feel completely at home.
A big thank you and best wishes to the entire team for their hard work and commitment. Highly recommended!
