20 mins from airport. Huge property, you may get lost, which porch to enter from. Room was spacious. Restaurants were superb. Hotel can be busy with multiple conferences happening. Service slow.

This used to be my favourite place but parts of the hotel are really in bad shape like the spa that really needs attention. There is leakage and the rooms are run down. However the restaurants here are extremely good and our favourite dessert place is Fabelle :) Whether it be Italian food or Indian , you can walk into any of the restaurants to get amazing food.

what a epic, luxurious and over-the-top location ITC Grand offers. service is top notch spa experience. absolute world class best I've ever encountered! dining options while on the pricey side are all excellent. rooms, as long as you're in the North Tower are incredible. quiet well-appointed a bathroom area that is almost too large! The resident service apartment side complete opposite while the rooms are functional and amply sized noise from landing aircraft is simply too loud to offer comfortable sleep.

A Historic Milestone for India’s Leather Fashion Industry
Attending the Leather Fashion Show, organized by the Council for Leather Exports (CLE) and the Indian Finished Leather Manufacturers & Exporters Association (IFLMEA), was an unforgettable experience. This event was not just another fashion show’it was a historic moment for the Indian leather industry. For the first time in the history of leather fashion shows in India, a symposium meet was held alongside the runway event, making it a platform for both business and creative discussions. The event brought together industry experts, designers, manufacturers, exporters, and fashion enthusiasts, creating an extraordinary environment to celebrate and elevate leather fashion.
One of the key figures behind this event was my father, who played a crucial role as a convenor of the show. His dedication, along with the efforts of the entire organizing team, ensured that this event was executed seamlessly. It was truly inspiring to see the hard work and passion that went into making this fashion show a grand success.
The show itself was a spectacular display of creativity and craftsmanship. We witnessed some of the most exquisite leather designs, from classic styles to modern innovations, proving that the Indian leather industry is on par with global fashion trends. The variety of leather garments, footwear, and accessories showcased during the event highlighted the versatility, elegance, and timeless appeal of leather as a material. It was a pleasure to see such high-quality creations, reinforcing India’s growing influence in the global leather fashion market.
A special mention goes to BCS Baskar Chandrasekar Sir, who ensured that the show was one of the best-run fashion events India has ever seen. His expertise in show management and presentation made this event a flawless and memorable experience. From the lighting to the choreography, everything was executed with precision and style, making it a truly world-class event.
Beyond the glamour of the fashion show, the event also served an important purpose: educating people about the true nature of leather. Many still believe that leather production harms the environment, but in reality, leather is a byproduct of several essential industries, including meat, dairy, cosmetics, medicine, and food. Instead of letting these materials go to waste, the leather industry transforms them into high-quality, long-lasting products. This makes leather one of the most sustainable, eco-friendly, and biodegradable materials on the planet. The event emphasized how the industry plays a crucial role in promoting sustainable fashion, reducing waste, and ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently.
The success of this event is a proud moment for everyone associated with the Indian leather industry. It showcases not only the artistry and skill of our leather manufacturers but also the economic strength and sustainability of this business. A big congratulations to everyone who made this event possible, from the designers and artisans to the organizers and business leaders. Their collective efforts have helped make leather fashion a profitable and respected industry, both in India and on a global scale.
As we move forward, we hope that more people recognize the value and sustainability of leather and support the industry in its journey toward innovation, excellence, and environmental responsibility. Looking ahead, we are excited to see what the future holds for leather fashion in India, and we can’t wait for the next!
