Their rooms and services was good but they charged a full day rent just for 3 hours more.

Very bad hospitality, not clean. Don’t visit this place.

It was a horrible experience during my stay at this hotel. Night 12.30 drunk staff knocked the door badly for want of matchbox and some money. Later, the next day I went for checkout the staff at reception fought for my request of making payment by UPI. It was a bitter experience. The rooms are ok but bathroom was too dirty. I would request not to stay at this hotel.

Rooms are avarage. Reception was helpful, BUT THEIR TRAVEL DESK / PARTNER IS NOT UPTO THE MARK: 1. He will call up at 11:20 or 11:30 pm to bargain the rate or try to push a different vehicle. 2. NEVER punctual. My suggestion is : opt for APP Taxis.. You will find restaurant on THE SAME ROAD SIDE AFTER 2 / 3 SHOPS , where they serve food with smiling face !! Else , you may visit Sangetha , diagonally opposite to the hotel, WHERE THEY SERVE FOOD WITH IRRITATED AND ANGRY FACE. Just opposite to the hotel , you will find a tea stall, serving GOOD tea with a smiling face !! Actually, I didn't see much smiling faces during my stay of 3 days.

Good place to stay and it’s very close to US consulate, walkable distance(5mins). As the consulate will not allow mobile and electronic devices, we can leave it in hotel and go by walk.
