I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip booked through Make My Trip. While there were some positive aspects to my stay, the experience was significantly marred by persistent and unresolved internet connectivity issues, which are critical for business travelers.
It’s located at a decent place with few eateries around .The rooms were ok. It has mold at multiple places but I think they are renovating and should fix it soon. However it’s clean enough. It’s comfortable, providing a good environment for rest.
AC cools down slower than in other hotels. It’s better if you turn ON the fan too initially , to cool the room faster.
The breakfast spread, though limited and entirely vegetarian, was tasty and well-prepared. The staff at the dining area were prompt, courteous, and attentive, which added to the pleasant dining experience.
The reception and dining staff were professional and made genuine efforts to assist, which I truly appreciate.
From the moment I checked in, the Wi-Fi was unreliable’slow and prone to frequent disconnections. Initially, I assumed it was a temporary glitch and waited patiently for it to resolve. However, by late afternoon, the issue persisted, and I reported it to the reception. Although they provided a new username and password, the problem remained unresolved. It became evident that the hotel’s Wi-Fi infrastructure was inadequate, with the router’s range insufficient to cover my room properly.
For business travelers, reliable internet is not a luxury but a fundamental requirement. The lack of stable Wi-Fi caused me to miss critical meetings and forced me to work additional hours to compensate for the delays. Despite escalating the issue to both the hotel management, no viable solution was provided. The hotel cited being fully booked and unable to offer an alternate room, which further compounded the inconvenience.
While the hotel has several positives, the failure to address such a basic need reflects poorly on its ability to cater to business travelers. I strongly urge the management to invest in robust Wi-Fi infrastructure and establish contingency plans to handle such issues in the future.
I was assured that they are working on improving their services. Should I experience better service in a future stay, I will gladly update this review to reflect the improvements.

Way too costly for the room and the kind of service they offer.
The check in time and check out time is a blatant scam. Hotels have found new way to loot from people.
Who the hell would travel to a place in noon? Where will they stay from morning till afternoon? On the street? They add early check in charges if we check in before the time. It's not them, the entire hotel business model has been designed in this ugly way and they all suck.
It is outright exploitation of consumer's needs which I'm sure will attract legal consequences soon.

Room was great a comfy stay for 3 people with a sofa bed. People were ready to give service at convenience, and the manager (rhao george) was great too, he stopped us to have breakfast when we were leaving. The breakfast was very yummy!

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. We had booked a room for the night for 3 guests through booking.com and the reservation phone number was from outside the country. They used that against us, saying they were unable to contact us, and sold out their rooms to someone else. When we asked why didn't email us or message us in the chat feature of booking.com they had no response. Total negligence on their part. And we had come from a very tiring journey. What's the point of them having a booking.com option if they can't follow through thoroughly. Funny part is that the Booking.com portal still shows the booking as confirmed (see screenshot). Very disappointing experience.

The worst experience! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL USING ANY THIRD PARTY SITE. They will accept your booking, take your money and sell the rooms to someone else. I am not the one to write reviews but this is called for. Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous manager (Mohammed Rafi)- When we arrived he says rooms are sold (without any remorse), and that there is only two option either you adjust in one suite room (we booked two standard rooms because my parents are old and we need proper washroom facility for them) or cancel the booking and go somewhere else (mind you this was 8pm at night and I was with my old age parents). He did nothing to compensate us. Infact, when asked for complementary dinner, he said NO. On top of that he called my father at 11pm asking him to pay for the two extra beds they put for us in one suite.
This rating and feedback is for the manager and not for the staff (they were helpful and provided good hospitality). I hope he learns his lesson and doesn’t treat another guest like this.
