ibis Kochi City Centre - An AccorHotels Brand

A basic and functional hotel. The hotel staff are really good and prompt to resolve any issues. It is located on one of the major roads of the city. The area is always bustling, it's easy to get any ride and close by to several major places. Despite this, the rooms are quiet. The rooms are pretty basic and small. There isn't even lot of space to keep any big suitcases or move around a little. The bed is also too soft for my liking. The breakfast buffet has sufficient items and all items tasted well. There is also a decent variety and change across multiple days along with some staple items. But the dinner is not good. We ordered several multiple items across a couple of days and none of them tasted any good. The dinner service is also quite slow.

I'm a regular visitor here I'm working for a pharmaceutical company location wise it's a great place , rooms are clean and neat , courteous staff , usual check in time is 2pm since I requested I got a early check in. Restaurant is good with wide spread. Aswathi waitress is an active person looking around to help the guests taking care of their needs. I strongly recommend to for a stay here.

I have visited today with my family nd celebrated my daughter's birthday. It is a wonderful experience with restaurant staffs especially Mr. Saran. Food taste also commendable. Thank you.

I had a stay for 2 nights for a work purpose, they stay happened to be really good and the restaurant staff was very generous throughout my stay. Ms Aswathy and Mr Saral were truly good at their service and helped me choose my meals. The food was great too. I had asked for early check-in that didn't happen though. Room and washroom was compact and cozy.

Great location. All major shops and malls are nearby. Very nice room. Have locker facilities even after checkout to explore the area. Alan was wonderful and made sure everything was upto the standards. Room was a bit small but otherwise it was very clean and tidy. They have 24 hrs gym with all basic equipment. Clean. Great breakfast and very good service
