N VENKATESWARA NAIDU . Abitha madam have received us very well. Great Service, The staff was friendly, and the hospitality was excellent. The food was good, and hygiene was well maintained, which I truly appreciate. However, Room 105, along with its furniture and bathroom are good .With some improvements like elevator and ambience at reception could be a much better stay for families !

However, Room 104, along with its furniture and bathroom, needed better upkeep. The poor soundproofing was also a drawback, as noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive. With some improvements, this could be a much better stay!

I recently stayed at this budget hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. For the price, it offers fantastic value. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Also I had an absolutely fantastic experience with both the reservation staff and the property itself. From the moment I made my reservation, the staff, Ms.Abitha & Ms.Sumaya incredibly helpful and accommodating. They ensured that my booking process was smooth and provided me with all the information I needed to enjoy my stay. I truly appreciated their friendly and professional communication. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service with budget stay and a great environment to relax in. Lovely location and ambience. Rooms are clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. They have good food options at the restaurant. I especially liked their resto bar Hopscotch. They have a very interesting menu that you must definitely try.
