The location was very nice & it was pleasant but then the services provided to me could have been better. On arrival they accommodated us in a wrong room. The maintenance was not up to the mark too, it was dirty. Also i had to remind the staff to provide me the complimentary breakfast everyday. The food tasted decent though. This is a nice property, but the staff can do a better job.

The Hotel was in a very good location. The site from the hotel was wonderful and the rooms were very spacious and the team members there were also very supportive. Its a good plcae to stay with the family.

The biggest fact is that I could'nt believe myself that even after getting a confirmed booking, the manager of the hotel turned us down and said there is no room available. This is the worst experience in my 27 years of travelling. I had so search from pillar to post a 8pm in the dark with 3 family members and lastly got a place for Rs. 10000. This is the worst online service I had ever had. Shame on you cheaters.
