Coorg County Resorts

We have planned to book this plan for our camp and we paid advance and went to plan everything. When we landed it’s a such a nice outlook externally and so we got impressed. When we wanted to check out the rooms that when we started getting the real face. This place has rooms with zero maintenance and when we saw the banquet halls it’s a haunted place with cat droppings and quite a few animal inhabited locations rather than hall. They promise a lot but unfortunately they cannot deliver so pls be cautious with this place for any stays.

We stayed for 2 nights with our family of four, including two kids, and had a very disappointing experience. Initially, we were given a cottage, which was terrible ’ it had large mosquitoes, snails, dirty walls, and an ugly bathroom. The blanket and pillows were filthy, making it hard to sleep. After requesting a room change, they moved us twice, but neither room was worth the price. The food service was also frustratingly slow. The morning buffet didn’t start until 8:30 AM, which is too late for anyone wanting to head out early to explore. Dinner was also delayed ’ we ordered at 8:45 PM, and it arrived around 9:30 PM. While the outdoor area looks nice, and they have a campfire, the management fails to address fundamental issues, making the whole experience a waste. The staff was kind, which is the only positive aspect, but I would never stay here again.

This is one of the best resorts in Coorg. Location is within the jungle, we had taken both suite rooms and cottage and it was satisfactory. The staff is polite and very prompt. Food, especially buffet breakfast is awesome.

Only resort were we visited 4th time in a year. Best South Indian and North Indian food. Chef is from Mandya, he cooks all the authentic food of South India.All the staff are so friendly. It’s Budget friendly resort .5 star Rating for its location,food,Hospitality.Staffs are so flexible.They take care of the guests so good.

Rooms are not maintained properly. Cleanliness very poor. Linen sheets not very clean. No kettle, no tea or coffee sache for making bed coffee or tea in the morning. Nor can you get it by room service till 7.30 to 8 am. However breakfast and dinner were quite good. Compared to the room rent they charge the overall experience was not satsisfactory... If the basic comfort level is not met the entire stay will be a disaster....
