Property is very nice, quiet, green and big. Rooms are spacious with nice furniture. Bed sheets and towels were dirty, needs improvement. Can improve on cleanliness in washroom. They have all amenities but you need to ask for them. Nice and well maintained pool. Above average breakfast with tasty food. Food is nice with live music in the evening. Table tennis ball was damaged. Pool table was good. Staff is good and well behaved. If they can improve on linen it will be a good place to stay.

What we didn't like- Room was great for 3-4 people. The room door needs repair, although it works like it should, it shouldn't look broken. Gym washroom needs cleaning. The spa room looks unkept and unused, needs maintenance and promotion for guest to at least consider it. What was amazing and why we'd love to come back- We loved the place, it was pretty easy to reach. Green and clean property with ample parking space. A welcome drink was served, rooms were clean including the washroom, towels - everything was perfect. Although our room was on the ground floor, it didn't have a view or anything, the balcony area was okay for sitting out at night. The swimming pool was big, clean and well maintained. It was also the spot for evening live music, and also, one of my buddies did join in to play the guitar while the performer sang. Also, the spa and gym adjacent to the pool was accessible. No complaints about food, but it can get better. They did have a good variety (we took half board) and service was spot on while we dined. The staff serving were very gentle, kind and responsive. The restaurant was just amazing and was a show stopper for sure. The activity room is also good - pool table, TT table, and carrom board. We would definitely come back again and I hope you would change your tariff. Thanks for the stay, we loved every bit of the warmth and service you had offered.

Stay was OK, housekeeping service was not up to the mark. On the check-in day, geyser was not working, washroom was smelling very bad and sometimes no water in flush and washbasin which was rectified later. On the 2nd day, gave room keys at reception and requested to get the room clean as I was going out. Came back after 4.30 hrs but still room was not cleaned. Food (Buffet) was good. Lush green environment but lots of monkeys at the property, even at the pool side which scare kids and even ruin your pool time.

Amazing resort for a couple of days of retreat with your family ! Strategically located near the various zones of safari at Jim Corbett !

Wish I could give zero stars to click resort. Pathetic, services and food. Poor management and services, geysers we’re not working of both our rooms, sinks are blocked. Dirty floors zero cleanliness. In sambar there were eggshells and cold food was served. Complete waste of money and overpriced and moreover management is not at all responsible. No hospitality ethics.
