This place is good for those who never have seen and enjoyed a proper classy resort. The place is not being maintained properly. You will get to see dirt everywhere. Teacups were dirty, towels were dirty. The tap in the bathroom was broken. The bed linen was not fresh. The couch in the room was stinking of urine. Housekeeping and the front desk need a major reshuffle. Everything is there from a snooker to a swimming pool to proper furniture but the problem is, everything is lying dirty and not being maintained properly. Book at your own risk pls.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Le Roi Jim Corbett, Dhikuli. The service was appalling, with food orders taking over 1.5 hours to be served. The staff's behavior was equally terrible and unprofessional. At the time of checkout, they treated our guests poorly, forcing them to wait for 1.5 hours over a minor issue’a single drop of Mehandi on a pillow cover. They even went as far as refusing to let them leave until the matter was resolved. Such behavior is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

It was not worth the money, here it is written that breakfast would be free but it was not, they charged us extra; hooks were there but No bathroom curtain , the room bell was not working , the door lock was half broken, Upon requesting to change the room, they showed us another bad room, we were in a fix as it was late evening and we couldn’t switch hotels. Guys before booking, please have a look yourself at the hotel Bugs were the in room , no mini bar Fridge given, Rooms definitely are big , but Hotel not maintained. The only thing good was The food in Breakfast and thats all.

The location of Hotel is good, rooms are spacious though need a lot of maintenance. There is a big possibility of bed bugs. Shower area and washbasin as well require deep cleaning. Food was good and staff was also good and cooperative. Pool wasn’t clean at all. Do not book this hotel after looking at the pictures. Book if you really want to go and there is no other option.
