It is a good place to stay on an official visit. Rooms are neat and clean, well maintained and serviced. I found my curtain fell down. Without wasting time they changed my room. It has a spacious backyard probably used for community activities. The swimming pool is in a remote place which is not convenient and associated with privacy issues.

Highly recommended! We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, ’’’’ The food was amazing, and the service was equally delightful. Can't wait to visit again

The service and staff is really very poor. The food tastes fine and good but not so overwhelming. Overall okaish experience!

I generally don’t write reviews when I stay in five star hotels as the services are always top notch but I came accross this hotel paid hefty amount for one night however services were not at all up to mark. I have no complaints about rooms and infrastructure but service is something that needs to be improved since we pay so much. No one received or helped with luggage while I entered the reception area. I had asked if they can help me with sanitary napkins however is denied and asked me that I can get accross the street. I have stayed many hotels even 3-4 stars hotel do provide or if required they arrange when certain requests are made but total denial was not acceptable as it says it’s 5 star and I paid 10k for one night. Restaurant staff was also laid back food was cold and no one cared to even ask if I needed anything else apart from that they didn’t even bother to place a water on my table. It was such a disappointed stay when they say it’s a 5 star property

Made a mistake of getting food packed which took an hour of waiting while orders placed after mine were being handed over before us. Food quality was average. A long waiting period destroyed the experience completely. Not going back again.
