The entire experience was a complete disappointment. Their disregard for confirmed reservations from booking.com and lack of professionalism make them a completely unreliable option for accommodation at perfect stay villas. There are many other reputable villas in the city that will respect your booking and provide a stress-free stay. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere - there are plenty of other great options near Ozraan beach that won't leave you stranded on arrival.

We had visited last week ,the place is near to vagator beach, rooms are clean and are as shown in the pictures ,The host is very helpful and the room servicing is available 24/7.
