De Grand Riviera

Cleanliness in the rooms is a concerning thing and as it relates to services so, I think services could be better. About food, we always get delicious one... No doubt in that. Overall location is the best thing in staying here.

We recently spent 6 days at De Grand Riviera, and while the location was excellent, the hotel fell short in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Unfortunately, our bedsheets and pillowcases had noticeable stains, and the bathroom towels had a strong, unpleasant odor that made them difficult to use. The breakfast buffet was average in terms of taste. Overall, our stay was disappointing due to the hotel's lack of attention to cleanliness.

We stayed with family for 3 nights, a decent hotel at a prime location. Rooms were decent and clean, service was better, and we had breakfast which is also good. Only drawback is the swimming pool, which could have been maintained better and cable connection was on and off. Overall, a decent hotel to stay with family and friends.

It's not at all like they show. Even after paying 4,000 to 5,000, they don’t allow access to the swimming pool. They say you need to get a swimming costume, and you have to rent it from them. The swimming pool is just for show; they don’t let us use it. I have only one request’if you're paying so much but not getting the services, why go there? I was there from February 2 to February 4, 2025.

We stayed here for 4 Days and 3 nights. all the staff were helpful. Breakfast was really good. All services can rate 5 star. Would recommend this place to stay as it is accessible to beaches in north goa.awesome stay
