Very nice and cool place for relaxing and enjoyment. Excellent service and house keeping Good food. Neat and clean place. Mr Laurance and Mr Richard and Tejas were friendly and helpful. Also Ms Priya was very helpful and caring during lunch and breakfast. Front office Ms Divya was very helpful and checking process was very easy. Welcome us with big smile

Me and my partner really enjoyed our staying in Riva Beach Resort. Food & Drinks: The buffet was delicious and offered a great variety of appetizers, main courses, and desserts. The dining areas were very clean. I especially enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the outdoor terrace of the main dining hall, overlooking the central courtyard. They also have a bar with a wide selection of liquors’though it would be perfect if cocktails were served in glassware instead of plastic cups. Room: The room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. It would have been a perfect stay if not for some noisy neighbors (but we called reception, and they handled it quickly). Service: The housekeeping and dining staff were always kind and attentive, making the experience even better. Accessibility: Each area is well-signposted, making it easy to find your way around. The access to the beach is clearly marked, and the natural surroundings are stunning, with well-lit pathways and beautiful decor. Spa: The spa is well-located, and the sauna was in perfect condition’we really enjoyed it as a couple. I didn’t try the massage services, but the spa reception team was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was not clean, so we decided to skip it. What I missed: The gym had posters advertising yoga classes, but none actually took place. I had to find my own spot in the courtyard for my practice, and I couldn't access Buddha Hall because other classes were scheduled. Highlights: Beautiful surroundings, aesthetic design, comfortable rooms, and excellent dining service.

The easy access to Mandrem Beach makes it even more special’less crowded and truly relaxing. The swimming experience was great, with sunset pools and a refreshing vibe. Another highlight was the breakfast buffet, which had an almost continental spread’fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. Whether you're a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family seeking quality time, this place has something for everyone. Highly recommend for a tranquil beachside retreat!
