We found the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the good vibes, just a stone's throw from the beach! Kevin is such a fantastic host, making our experience truly special. It’s a joyful haven for relaxation and fun!

I had a disappointing experience. The rooms were in poor condition and overpriced. Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, and drinking water were not provided. There was no Wi-Fi, and the cleanliness was severely lacking. The blankets and beds were of very poor quality. Overall, it did not meet even basic standards. My overall Rating "0"

Location is good this villa is near BEACH Also easily available Hotels for breakfast lunch dinner Near to market So it's not type of hotel it's a villa so don't aspect service as Hotel so you have to carry your towl bath sope shampoos.

Worst experience There were big spider webs all around the room. Their bedsheets were faded away look like they are using the same bedsheets for yeas. They didn't even provide water or any other toiletries. There is no dustbin in the room. Shelves in refrigerator were rusted. Never book this room. My Overall rating is "0".

This place and the people are extremly loving and caring. they guided us with good options in exploring Goa. And also economical place to stay, peaceful stay...Assure you a pleasant stay and much more then value for money
