Terrible experience! The room was small and in bad condition. Faced key card issues 5 times, a bathroom lock failure that trapped my father inside, and the food was terrible. Even after upgrading to a Royal room, we were given the same Deluxe-sized room with an extra cot. Only after complaining did we get the actual Royal room. First time having such a horrible hotel experience in Guruvayoor after paying so much! I even paid ’5221 extra for the upgrade. Definitely not worth the money!

Pros - Rooms are clean and well maintained. Place is very near to the temple. Staff are courteous and patient Cons - Rooms are tiny and really cramped. Non Malayali staff seems clueless and turnaround time is poor. Restaurant is so so and could definitely improve.

Horrible Experience ’ Ruined My Brother’s Wedding Day! I cannot stress enough how terrible our experience was at this hotel. We booked the venue for my brother’s wedding, and the service we received was absolutely unacceptable. The function hall was poorly managed, the food served was of bad quality, and the entire event was a nightmare due to the incompetence of the staff. To make matters worse, the hotel staff were rude and unhelpful throughout the entire event. They made an already stressful day even worse by mishandling simple requests. The food was served late, and when it did arrive, it was cold and tasteless, completely ruining the dining experience for our guests. For the amount of money we paid, the quality and service were atrocious. I was so stressed that my blood pressure skyrocketed on what was supposed to be a happy occasion. This hotel has left such a terrible mark on what should have been a joyful day. I can’t forget how badly everything was handled, and I plan to leave this review every month because of how much it affected us. If you’re considering this venue for any event or stay, please reconsider. The experience was so awful, I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what we did. This place is not worth the money or stress. Avoid at all costs!

Rooms are neat but very conjusted which is not at all worthy for what they charge. Service is very bad in both rooms as-well as at restaurant. No basic things like dental kits tissues soap were provided in room , for each n everything we should call the reception n request. It was maiden stay with my family here but not at all satisfied with their service rooms and restaurant.

Beautiful stay! Hotel Hativaram is a perfect place to stay in Guruvayoor. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.
