Staff were very friendly, cooperative , helpful. Rooms were nice. But the linens and towels are bad and probably unhygienic. They need changed . Needs sanitized after every use. The bathrooms are slippery and dangerous. Some measures need urgently to be taken it to be senior friendly. .
For the rent some basic supplies could be provided. Restaurant is good. Proximity to temple is their best advantage which they can capitalize on. The owners wake up and act to make this precious location to become the most desirable.

Had a really bad experience during my recent stay.I booked 2 AC rooms, but they didn't even provide a kettle, let alone tea, coffee, or sugar sachets.
The towels and linen were unclean, just as many other guests have mentioned. On top of that, we were charged an additional fee of Rs. 1500 for what was claimed to be a very small coconut oil stain on the bedsheet. The oil mark that allegedly caused the charge was tiny and not visible at all, and I find it hard to believe that such a small mark couldn't have been washed out. Not to mention the exorbitant charge they claimed it would cost to replace.
They are clearly capitalizing on their proximity to the temple, as the hotel shares the compound with it. The service, cleanliness, and amenities were far below what I expected for the price.

We travelled with family, stayed for a night and had two rooms booked.
Positive -
1) location / accessibility to the temple. The temple is just few 100m away and very easy access. This is one of the biggest positives of this hotel. Additionally other temples as very nearby- walkable distance. Also if traveling with family, this is perfect hotel / location.
2) Food - great restaurant and simple veg food.
3) Parking - travelling via car, this hotel had safe and good parking space.
Negative -
1) The only negative is that Rooms are not sound proof- we had taken junior suite and the Noise from traffic outside can be easily heard, it was very disturbing if you want to take rest and have a little kid . The rooms are not very well kept. So felt it was a bit over priced for the room quality

Stayed for one day, 6-7 Feb 2025
Room was not Clean. Bed sheet and towels were not washed and was having foul smell.
No proper light in bathroom. No brush and paste, no coumb, no bed coffee kit, no provision for hot drinking water.
Food is priced very high. Food quality is just OK.
No complementary breakfast. Most hotels provide breakfast even with less rent.
Lift is very small.
Without all these, rent is very high.
Only positive is proximity to temple.
We will never stay there again.

The greatest advantage of this property is its proximity to the temple, which the management has fully leveraged. The staff is friendly, helpful, and service-oriented. However, the property is very old with poor hygiene standards. Room lighting is inadequate, and there is only one plug point for charging. The bathroom has an unpleasant odor, and the bed, bedsheets, and pillows were not clean. Despite enduring these poor conditions, we were charged Rs 500 at checkout for a stained towel, which is used by many guests and does not justify the fee. For the price they charge for rooms, the level of cleanliness is unacceptable. If they maintained the property better and requested a reasonable dry cleaning fee or fine, it would be understandable. Therefore, ladies and gentlemen who have colored hair should consider other hotels or bring their own towels. Don’t be swayed by the temple’s proximity if you have other options.
