The property is old, but it's decent for the price. There are mosquitoes, but other than that, it's OK. The room is spacious, the stay is peaceful, it's close to the temple, the staff is friendly, and everything is fine

It's a decent place with all the basic necessities. Clean and Tidy and In a safe and secure society. The Reception staff were always a call away and eady to help us with anything. They also have parking facility in the premises

Had a really great stay here. Guruvayur Temple and Mammiyoor Temple are at walkable distance from here. It’s easy to go to Parthasarathy Temple and Guruvayur Railway Station as well. The hosts/caretakers were really really welcoming. One suggestion would be to work with the municipality to increase street lights just after the gate till the service/lane road. It would be highly beneficial at night or early morning while walking to the temple. Also fix mosquito net for windows.

Worst stay ever!! The apartments are too old old and dusty with old fridge and Ac. The beds are full of dust and the room has mosquitos. Donot book these by just budget. Not safe to stay , far from guruvayoor temple. Poor.,do not recommend.

Rooms and service are excellent.Checkout time is inconvenient for guests.As there is no restaurent facility,guests have to go out for food before 11.30am.If you change the checkout time to 2 PM it will be convenient for guests.
