Worst hotel in Gwalior, please don’t book. I asked for soap and towel in morning they take approx one hour to give it. Towel has many holes. condition of bathroom was very dirty and there is blockage of water. Whole bathroom is completely filled with dirty water. Please do not book it. You can get better option except this in same amount.

I generally don't write any negative feedback but i couldn’t resist after finding rats..crickets .. lizard .. and dirty bedsheets in my rooms. This is after My recent stay at this hotel with name ’Super collection O hotel BLIV’ in gwalior madhya pradesh’ it was extremely disappointing. Hygiene and cleanliness seem to be non-existent priorities here. The floors are shared by rowdy college kids who were loud, drinking, and shouting late into the night, making it unbearable for families with children trying to sleep. The bathroom was filthy, lacking basic amenities such as toiletries and even a proper cleaning. This property is definitely not suitable for families; the exorbitant price tag does not match the poor quality of stay. I booked this hotel and regretted it immediately upon arrival. The elevator was ridiculously tiny, barely accommodating a husband and wife with a single bag, let alone anyone else. Save yourself the frustration and find somewhere else to stay if you value cleanliness, peace, and comfort during your travels.

FAKE 5 star ratings - violent misbehaving staff - avoid it Booked via Oyo app for July end for my senior citizen guests. Avoid the place like a plague, a bunch of dacoits running the place trying to extort illegal money, misbehave, rude and happy to be violent as needed. Typical Indian budget hotel scene, not much expected from Oyo anyways, but the quality and customer service experience is getting worse with time. And don't trust the other ratings giving them 5 stars as these are from hotel staff .

Dairty hotel wifi not working and life not working and dairty room

Terrible market location, not even able to walk. Not able to locate. Liers claim they have parking in Google, but it is open roadside parking. The attendant cooly says just park it at the road. No security and no way to trust your vehicle will be safe. Clearly taken photo not showing the roadside. Not able to cancel and lost my money.
