Only one word - Excellent!
This hotel is well located near Haridwar and on the Risikesh Road. The room abience is nice but the size maybe a trifle small. The food choice is great and we perfer staying here mainly because this hotel offers only vegetarian food, and we are vegetarians
we booked this hotel through travelguru and was very happy to see the hotel. but when we checked in first no one was there to escort us to our rooms. they just told us that its on third floor. when we enter our room the bed and all was clean but the floor was not cleaned. even bathroom was dirty. in the morning there was no water at all in any bathrooms of the hotel. no clear reply that how long it will take . they just kept saying it will be done in 10 min. but it took more than an hour. hotel is good but staff has to be groomed.
no buffet lunch, and very very limited option in buffet dinner Buffet breakfast was fine, no valet parking services. Hotels room was good with good small balcony facing pool, bed was very good, but lots of stains on furniture, it was just an issue of housekeeping. room service was bad as i called for one extra glass and sleepers and i have to wait for 1 hr and 3 more calls. Hotel location is good for both Haridwar and Rishikesh travelers. Overall good option and value for money Hotel. I will recommend this hotel for short stay.
