The check in formality at hotel itself was terrible.I was shocked to hear there is no booking information from travelguru. Finaly i had to hotel to beg hotel authority for accomodation after showing the copy of booking confirmation and they offered to us non ac family accomodation (although booking was for two deluxe ac rooms) .I was totally fooled by travelguru and hotel dolphin. i promise never to do reservation online. and i advise to all my friends and relatives not to rely on portals like travelguru who collects the full charge before providing accomodation and leaves you at the mercy of hotel authorities. Strictly not recommended

The hotel is good. Rooms are little small but are well maintained. AC work allright. Hotel building is new and it is located in new area of city in quite area on the main road. Hotel in house restaurant had poor quality of food. Though there is a good restarant nearby within two minutes walking distance. Hotel maks all travel booking arrangements.

It was a comfortable hotel really worth the price charged. Staff was co-operative and room was in better shape. I didn't take any food in the hotel but location wise it was a comfortable property. I will recommend this hotel.

Stay was Good except in difficulty faced in locating the Hotel as there is no Clear Sign Board of the hotel !!
