This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It was highly overpriced with a dull and poorly maintained infrastructure. The room was terrible, with broken walls, a damaged washbasin, broken jetspray, no toiletries, and no hot water. The location was also a big problem’it's in the middle of narrow roads, and the rickshaw from the bus stand charged us extra compared to other places. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, as there are much better options nearby. After this experience, I even canceled my other booking with the same brand in Rishikesh to avoid wasting my time and money. On top of everything, the food was unhygienic’I fell sick after eating their awful thali and breakfast.
