Hotel La Casa

Personally I will not recommend this hotel. ....because Our experience is not good. We hired a car from this hotel, car owner Rinku and his driver harassment just unforgettable. May be this issue not related to hotel. Apart from this washroom was not clean. No hot water available in the bathroom, bucket system available for hot water. Room is okay type. We took breakfast from the hotel... Quantity, quality not compatible with price. We ordered aloo paratha... It was cold and not served with achhar Or curd. Bread was not toasted. We ordered maggie... The portion they served is enough for 3 years old baby.... Only Plus point it is near to railway station. Everything is very close to hotel. You will get public transport anytime. Staffs behavior was good.

We had issues with water not working for a few hours, and street sounds are not dampened when you’re inside the rooms. Considering how ill-maintained the infrastructure is in the city, and how busy it is, I still believe that this hotel is the best value that a traveller can find in the city.

We ( family of 4) stayed in a Luxury room for 3 nights. The only 1 good things about this hotel are - it's location. The management needs to think seriously about the maintenance, staff ethic, understand customer requirements. Cockroaches in the washroom, floor unclean, hot water issues, AC not working in 2 night, AC wires hanging in the room, Bad smell from washroom etc. Even when we inform reception in the morning and we came in the evening, the problems is as it is. I'm surprised to read those excellent reviews.

Amit was extremely kind and helpful with my booking. He was also very easy to deal with. Additionally, he was willing to help me book my onward travels via bus/train/taxi from Haridwar back to Delhi. Based on the customer service that Amit provided, I would recommend La Casa.
