Hotel Madhuban Haridwar

I was here on 4 of October 2024 with my family. Hotel is good well maintained but some small cockroaches are found which is the only complaint here, rest of the service, food, ambience all good. If they just take some precautions of that complaint I think it would be still better.

Ac did not work the whole night in room no 211 . Night time manager was not very friendly . Simply put hotel is good for family if things do not work you are on your own and do not expect empathy from the staff . They are just there to draw salaries . They dont appear to be someone from hospitality business . But i must say hotel is safe for family and you will have a comfortable stay if the ac is working properly

Staffs are very rude, Bathroom are having insects and not proper buildup, even ground floor Toilets near dining hall are also not cleaned having low lights. Rooms is quite good. We are not suggest to stay over here with family.

Room was spacious and clean.Little old property but we'll maintained.AC was not working properly other than that everything was great.Good price.

Bad experience,3 years before it was good but now bad service,bad taste of food,bad service by staff no one there to listen cant dine hire next time i was done a party of 15 membersmy bill is 6000 aprrox but it looks like i sit in roadside dhaba ,
