Our stay at the esteemed Pilibhit Hotel was exceptional. The staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism, with particular commendation to the highly experienced and knowledgeable Hemant Singh. His exceptional service and courtesy were deeply appreciated. The evening Ganga Aarti ceremony, conducted on the hotel's private ghats, was truly memorable. Furthermore, the hotel readily accommodated our requests for visits to local temples. In summary, it was an unforgettable experience, and we intend to return in the future.’’

Such a divine experience!! Perfect location with a calming view over the ganges adds to its divinity. The evening aarti is wholesome. The staff is very keen in providing a comfortable stay to the guests with at par hospitality we expect from the Taj group! Ankit and Himanshu proved to be great hosts!

It's a superb properly on the ghat of river ganga. Supremely beautiful with great food and superb hospitality. The staff was great, the managers were so kind and services at par luxury. The room we stayed was river facing and ganga was visible from the balcony. The hotel has its personal ghat and there is ganga aarti every day. Highly recommended.
