Radisson Blu Hotel Haridwar

The location was quite good. The food was delicious. The hotel had lavish interior. We only had to go and have dinner at the restaurant. The only problem was with the low quality, slow paced and pathetic food delivering services. We ordered our food and we got to eat after 3 hrs.

The hotel was only 5 star for its huge area & space.. the staff was cooperative but the service and maintenance was pathetic... The only good thing was food... There was no one for welcome.. when we arrived a man was standing at the hotel entry but he only come to unload the baggage when we called him.. room service was very delayed.. we continuously complaint for different different things.. when we checked in the room the suite was not looked clean and lighted like it was shown in the pics..

It was a good stay the hotel is clean but has a musty smell. The curtains need to be cleaned as their is mould on windowsills and curtains. The rooms need to be aired out. It wasnt bad for the price though. The location is a bit far from Hari ke Pauri. Overall not bad.

What a five or even three star hotel must not be like, then this hotel takes the cake. Somewhat grand entrance but crappy (with a capital C) and filthy rooms. Linen inside the cover is as gross as you can imagine!! Washrooms have gross black filth every where. Toilets and sink are dirty. I feel for the staff who are end up with managing whatever this hotel has. Stay away at all cost even if they offer you to stay for free.

We hosted a wedding at Yashail(Ex- Radisson) and experience was great. Initially we were skeptical after reading few reviews on internet but i am glad our experience was superb. Hotel Part: Rooms, service, Food, promptness - Everything was superb. Food was tasty and all our guests liked food for their entire stay. Special thanks to Mr. MANOJ RAYAL. He is humble, open to feedback, adaptive and gem of a person. He was at hotel for our 3 days event 24/7. I highly recommend him. He is such an asset. At last moment, On our request Mr. Manoj Rayal paid special attention and arranged regional folk singer for Sangeet night function. Decoration Part: I would rate decoration part at little lower side. Few basics were missed which shouldn’t have happen. We had to micro manage decoration part even after sharing designs with them. It should have been improved. Javed was humble and supportive person but execution should have been better.
