Location is very good, big size room but not proper maintain, toiletries not provided, tv not working, sofa damaged.

I recently visited Haridwar with my family. This hotel is close to har-ki-psuri ghat and with in the market. We had a very comfortable stay here.

Very good hotel. Har ki pauri ghat is about 5 minutes walk from here. The first floor rooms are very much airy and sunlight is well reached here. One constraint is there. You can not wash your clothes in evening session. Cleanliness is greatly mentioned. Room size is ideal for a couple of person. The behavior of the manager is also good. He is very much helpful. I recommend to book rooms from 1st floor of this hotel. I booked the rooms in 810 to 900 in October 2018. My 2 nights stay was really great. This hotel gives value to your money. Great hotel.

Staffs were very good and helpful but it is not near Har Ki Pauri, Hot is on main market of market so very noisy. Be careful of the staircases, my god it was painful for my mom and anyone having knee problem.

It was good. 2-3mins walking distance from har ki pauri ghat. No in house restaurant here. But nearby dada boudir hotel would be best for having lunch and dinner if you are a bengali. Bus stand is more than 15mins walking distance where as Haridwar station is 15mins walk. So place wise the hotel was okay. Also the rooms were good and furnished. Staffs were a bit lazy and the two of them actually sleep a lot.
