The Fern Residency, Haridwar

Please don't go with the reviews posted online. It's very shabby, badly maintained hotel, not at par with the standards of fern residency. Rooms are disappointing, swimming pool is totally unhygienic. Only one bottled water provided in room and second one is RO water. Just checked in and repenting on the decision. Balcony doors are all jammed so you don't have scope of breathing fresh air for few minutes too. Had booked 4 rooms... All loss! Won't recommend!

Good spacious rooms. Location is just easy as it could be. Balcony view is not so nice as its just beside the highway. Neat and clean washrooms. Recommended.

’’Mediocre hotel. Not so helpful staff. Called the reception to send the housekeeping guy as the door of the balcony was stuck and was half open . No one came at all. Found a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door. Spacious rooms was the only thing I liked in it. ’’The property is on the main road beside the bridge easy to locate however not much on the view. Food and service at Marigold restaurant was palatable made to our taste on special request to Sonam and Suryaprakash. I would like to compliment them both for making my family feel warm and at home. ’’It was our first experience with The Fern in Haridwar this wasn’t that great I mean everything was okay okay like a regular decent stay if you are going with the name then there would be a little dissappointment. We had better experiences with The Fern at different locations.

Thanks to Kanchan and every other staff at The Fern we had a pleasant stay for 2 days. A bit of old property which needs bit of renovation but service will make sure that you are not impacted. Food here is good as well.

Overall the stay was comfortable.. Specious rooms, clean bathroom .. Average food but good variety in breakfast buffet... The lady (Sonam, not sure about her name though) at reception sounds very rude and should take few hospitality lessons. Very blunt and too straight forward. Just because of above reason my rating is 4 else it would be 5..
