My mom and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. We booked it very last minute as our plans in Rishikesh were cancelled due to flooding. The food was amazing as we were served breakfast, lunch and dinner. The service was great and met all of needs. The rooms were large and clean. The staff was amazing (shoutout to Sonu for keeping the rooms perfect). We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Very good, beautiful place. Best part is activities planned by hotel. Staff is also very polite. Exceptional food. Many many positives. Only thing I can say as an improvement is more light in bedroom. Rest all areas are good and very well decorated.

It was such a peaceful stay,they gave us beautiful rudraksh bracelets as a welcome gift! food was good,jalebi was yum!I like the concept of having tea @ the terrace they have their own ghats. Everything was so perfect,staff was so helpful,no complaints at all’hope to visit soon!

Amazing service! Huge thank you to Chef Lalit for making food according to our dietary restrictions. The food was amazing and authentic. The service staff had no qualms with suggesting food items as well. Rooms were very clean and well maintained for a 130+ year old building. They have done an amazing job of preserving the history of this hotel yet making sure to bring it into the modern era. In the center of the hotel is a small Mandir (temple shrine) where there was an aarti (morning and evening prayers) and bhajans (devotional songs). These were a great way to start the evenings and we could head straight to the aarti after high tea. Additionally the hotel has a private ghat where one can do ganga snan (bathe in the ganges). For the ganga aarti, one can stay at the private ghat (river bank) or you can go with the hotels pandit as he guides you to Hari Ki Paudi. I highly recommend going with the Panditji as you will have incredible darshan (view) of the aarti and you will do so in relative comfort. Huge thank you to the service staff, the housekeepers, receptionists, chefs, singers, tabla player, and panditjis for a truly remarkable experience!
