My recent stay at Tropical Retreat wasn't just a vacation; it was an experience crafted with meticulous attention to detail and delivered with exceptional service. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a truly special getaway. We had an amazing time at Tropical Retreat in Igarpuri! The live orchestra added a beautiful touch to the experience, and the variety of delicious food made every meal enjoyable. The overall ambiance was excellent, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is perfect for families, with kid-friendly facilities and a great environment for all ages. They also have a DJ party room, which was a fun highlight of our stay. As a nice surprise, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made our stay even more special. Highly recommend this place for a memorable and enjoyable getaway!

Overall had a pleasant stay, rooms are neat and tidy. Check in process was very good and friendly. Location is also good. Indoor activities and best was to spend time in pool. Ambrosia restaurant services (Muskan and Sikha) a very friendly staff, helped to choose a right tasty and yummy dish . They were very prompt at service.

Service is very poor and not satisfactory. Had come for anniversary celebrations and spoke to reception. We were promised for surprise for special day but no one turned up. Room ac had problem Veg and non veg were kept together. Very disappointed that they could not live to expectations even after promising. Would not recommend if you are coming with expectations for celebrating special occasions. Rooms and location is good.

The moment you enter the premise, you know you are in for a treat. From their entryway watchman itself, the service quality is top notch! We stayed here for one of the special occasion celebrations, hence the front office manager offered us a complimentary upgrade. The room offered was a Duplex, overlooking the mountains and the heated pool. Room was extremely spacious yet cozy. It had big sliding doors leading to the balcony that let in views of the lush green outdoors, making it the perfect spot to relax. Our duplex had a another bed on the mezzanine level that could sleep two more people. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay(Restaurant staff, rooms staff etc) This is without a doubt, one of the best resorts in Igatpuri offering many facilities such as a fully functional spa, gym, gaming area, adventure activities area, Coffee Shop, Asian Restaurant and the main Restaurant. During our stay they had a big family staying at the resort, but the staff managed every guest very well. We spent a lot of time lounging by the pool in the day time as well as at night. The resort had interesting activities such as pottery and nature walk etc. which were not charged extra. The food had a wide variety of items at breakfast including Jain food items. The breakfast spread was nothing less than that of a 5* hotel with live counters for eggs and south Indian items. Pros: Tropical Aesthetic Resort, Good food, Two pools ’ including one heated pool, Live Music etc. Cons: Pool should have a poolside Bar (As they claim to be a 5* Resort)
