Cygnett Park BL Jaipur

I recently stayed at Cygnett Park BL Hotel, and I must say, it was a complete disaster. I can’t believe this hotel is associated with the Cygnett brand. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Let me list the shocking issues I encountered: I requested a TV remote and had to follow up three times with the reception. Despite all that, they never bothered to send it. Completely useless. I ordered basic cutlery’just plates and bowls. But of course, they delivered the items in pieces, and don’t even get me started on the rude hotel staff member, Vikas. He treated me like I was asking for the moon and made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience. His attitude was uncalled for, and even after confronting him in person, he was unapologetic. For a plate and bowl, I had to chase them down, call several times, and wait half an hour for the delivery. Ridiculous. We informed the hotel staff and manager the evening before that we would be checking out early, around 6:30 am, and asked if breakfast could be ready for us. They assured us it would be. However, when we tried to pick it up at 6:15 am, the night manager had no idea about our request. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you can’t deliver on promises, don’t make them in the first place. To top it off, we had an outstanding food bill, and the printer was apparently down. We waited half an hour for them to figure it out, but after no progress, we just left and paid the amount they told us, without even receiving an invoice. What kind of hotel can’t even handle basic checkout procedures? Considering the brand name and how highly rated this hotel is supposed to be, I truly regret booking here. The staff is unprofessional, and the services are a joke. Even after all of this, no one from the management reached out to apologize or inquire about the experience. This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I will never book with Cygnett again, and I strongly advise others to stay far away.

We stayed at Cygnett Park BL Jaipur, located about 20 minutes from the city center and Jaipur Railway Station. The property was decent, with comfortable rooms and good vegetarian food. However, we encountered a minor issue with the shower drain, which was slow to clear. The room view was average. One major inconvenience was the ongoing upgrade work during our stay. Room number plates were changed while we were out, and our key cards stopped working. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about this beforehand, which caused some confusion. Despite this, the staff was polite, helpful, and provided good service. While the property offers a pleasant stay, its location on the outskirts of the city may not be ideal for those wanting to be closer to central Jaipur.

Room and waiting area- good , clean and well maintained. View from the room was good. Staff - All are well trained and every one welcome us with happy faces always. We loved the way "Shikha" treated us during dinner and breakfast time with a beautiful smile. Food - 10 out of 10 Missing things - shower cap, shaving kit and dental kit. There was lot of noise in the afternoon which was quite distrubing. Overall stay was good. We stayed for 2 days.

Hi this is Durgesh Yadav.. I am writing to express my disappointment with the buffet service I experienced during my stay at your hotel over the last four days. Unfortunately, I found the buffet service to be below expectations for several reasons: 1. All the bread served was cold, which significantly impacted the quality of the meals. 2. There was no staff present or attending the buffet area when needed, leaving guests without any support or assistance. this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've had at a hotel, and it has affected my overall satisfaction with the stay. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that you can address these concerns for the benefit of future guests. Based on this experience, I find it difficult to recommend a stay at your hotel to others. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope you will take steps to ensure that such issues are resolved going forward. Thanks

Very nice hotel. Neat and clean rooms. Very helpful staff. Food is awesome. Vast Breakfast range. Me and my family enjoyed our stay here.
