Golden Tulip Essential Jaipur

Stayed at Hotel Golden Tulip Essential Jaipur for two days from 16/06/2024 to 18/06/2024. The property is very good but the staff does not want anyone to come here again. Saw a new rule that no one you know can come to meet you in the room after 6 pm. I stay in 3 star and 5 star hotels every day. But there is no such restriction. I will never stay at this hotel again and request all of you that there are thousands of hotels in Jaipur, stay anywhere but do not stay at Golden Tulip Essential. Sandeep Bansal

Went there today to attend a conference, though the taste of the food was good, the guy managing the buffet was impolite and had a unwelcoming expression. He denied starters and also was continously asking are you done with the food, finish fast , i have to close the buffet

It was a business seminar I have attended here so haven't checked any room. For small seminar of around 60-80 persons it's good.

Hotel staff specially the senior sitting on front desk have zero talking sence to the customer. They simple deny anything you ask and say its policy. This hotel is like jail. In the name of policy they are master in making your stay as hell. They even guide you how to sit on common sofa . Can you imagine the torture. Its not a 4 star hotel at all. Its just a 2 star hotel, who the hell gave them 4 star when they dont have any space, small restaurant, no swimming pool, no play area and no parking beside in main road. Its location is also in traffic.
