Bani Park Hotel

Extremely bad experience! No basic facilities, no proper services. The only thing good about the hotel was it's cleanliness. It's like "Profiteers with no proper proposal on the table". The staff was polite, hotel was cultural looking. No issues with that but the basic facilities provided by any other hotel we have ever been to were missing except a towel. Even the water heater and electricity were centrally controlled and they have to be informed fifteen minutes prior to turn on the water heater and that too at a specific time. So if you have made plans to travel early morning, it's a big NO for you. The lights will be switched off after you leave for anything and will be turned on when you come back but it depends on whether anyone is available, so you have to wait for a person before you can enter the room. Mirror was high, accessible only to the taller. So we had a far worse hotel experience ever and we have been to many hotels before.

I never had such a bad experience with the management and staff ever! We checked in and they were asking full amount in advance. We found something suspicious and hence they were asking for extra amount. We were checking in at 9pm and had to check out the day after at 8pm. The person at the reception told us that they would adjust the pricing for that duration and suddenly while giving payment they were asking for ’1k extra as they had check out time as 12pm. The owner appeared and he was the rudest man on the planet. He mocked us and wasn’t ready to accept the mistake of his staff. The property was good and felt like a heritage home but with this kinda attitude I doubt they will go anywhere. So, if you are planning to stay here, better get everything on camera or on record in writing before payment.

They do not care about their guests. They do not have 24/7 kitchen. You can't carry the food from outside if you feel hungry at night then you are not allowed to order food or bring food from outside. This is ridiculous. Also, they have an in house kitchen which is too costly and they charge an additional service charge of 15% on top of the price of the food. Even though you will get 20rs water bottle at 30rs + 15% service charge on it.

Extremely bad experience,hotels have no facilities for hot water and drinking water they provide raw water for drinking and also rooms are not in good conditions , blankets and bedsheets are so dirty

Great service and very polite owner. Price is very affordable. Whole hotel has lovely jaipur vibes. Wonderful experience
