I recently stayed at hotal and was disappointed with their policy regarding the cloakroom. The staff did not allow me to store my handbag there, which was very inconvenient. I expect better customer service and flexibility from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, this left a negative impression on my overall experience.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Rooms : This is an old property with renovated rooms. Most of the equipment's in the room are old. You will not have a feeling that you are staying in a premium room. Service : Pathetic. Staff entered the room in our absence and arranged the extra bed without our permission. When escalated the issue, Manager has promised to talk to me in person which did not happen till now. Breakfast buffet : Its like a fish Market. Management failed to handle the crowd(Marriage event) and messed up the dining experience. Had to wait for the food and fight for the table after losing all the patience.

Good old hotel and you would love the stay. Rooms are old and can’t complain about it considering this is one of the oldest properties of Jaipur. Right at Patrika gate and easy ride to airport.

I wish I could rate them in negative. Worst breakfast no clean table available to have breakfast even after multiple requests no one listened. Allocated room was already occupied by someone else imagine traveling entire day since 4 am in the morning reaching your hotel in at night 10:30 and then circling around floor, reception, floor reception just so u can get checked in to your room

The hotel is located near Patrika gate. Food is good but 3 times the price of normal place. We stayed twice - once in penthouse and later for a day in normal room. Somehow breakfast was not mentioned in my vouchers, and it was denied. The pool was not clean. Rooftop view is beautiful. WiFi is poor. You can get stuck in elevator if room key is not with you. We travelled with family, that means all four have to move together in order to not to get stuck in the lift ’’
