Hotel Nand Palace

Booked 2 rooms...firstly denied that there is no booking and then gave me one room...room was pathetic..there was dirt and cockroaches everywhere.....nothing like the photos they have uploaded.....staff doesn't give a damn about all these things....NEVER EVER BOOK A HOTEL IN THIS HOTEL. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. PERIOD

It's ok at this price point, bathrooms are a joke, you can't use them. Small than your ex's heart. For couples if you want to stay for few hours, you can visit, it's safe. But for families please don't go, find some good hotel.

Fraud partnership with OYO. They just only promote themself on OYO. If you have done prebooking from OYO, they will cancel your booking and tell you to speak to OYO and allot some other hotel because they will not ley stay the visitors here.

Worst possible room service ever. We stayed here for 2 days, and even after asking for 2 towels, 200 times, we didn’t receive them. And during checkout, the staff had the audacity to ask for a 5 star rating from us. Rude, incompetent, unprofessional, and lazy staff, is all I can say. Please book a different hotel on your stay in Jaipur. Trust me, you’ll thank me later. Signing off, your well wisher.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in my life till now. Washroom too much dirty. I have attached picture. It is so dirty that You cannot see towards it. No Bucket in bathroom. Reception phone number not working. So you will have to physically go to reception if you want to have conversation with them. See the pictures of washroom attached with my room. I had booked AC room through Oyo and reached for check in at 11 pm in night and when I reached hotel for check in, they informed that they all AC room were alloted and only Non-AC are remaining. In the middle of night, I did not want to roam in city to find another hotel because I had to stay till 5 am in Morning. So I had no option but to opt for Non AC room. All the pictures I have attached are of Room no. 107 (1st Floor) .
