Stayed here with my partner (from the US) and felt it was a pretty good value for the money. The room we were in was cute and well decorated and was facing a street corner and required earplugs and white noise.
The bed was a bit firm/could feel the springs in it, but overall not too bad and slept like a baby.
Only thing that bothered me was the front desk called us twice around 9:30pm (pretty late at night for our jetlag) our first night to ask us if we wanted to order dinner. We said no and they called literally 20 seconds later to ask the same thing again. The next night they called and asked the same. I am not sure if this is customary, but it felt weird especially since we have our do not disturb light on.
Breakfast was pretty good, good mix of Indian and 'continental' when my tummy needed a spice break.

Rooms are a bit small but well decorated. The bed is rock hard though, and also not as long as a normal bed. I'm only 5'7" and my feet hung over the side!
Breakfast is ok, but nothing to rave about. Not worth more than a couple hundred rupees, you can get better at any restaurant along the street.
They called three times at 9pm or later asking if we want room service, which we found weird and intrusive. Twice in one night even. We were laying in bed one time ready to go to sleep - it was very strange.
They don't give you much toilet paper at all, needed to constantly ask for more. Very stingy on it!
And lastly, like a lot of places in India, the check in and checkout process takes way to long, they only give you one key card, and they won't just let me take my own bags to my room.

We stayed with our family at the hotel for 4 nights and our experience at the hotel was overall very good and would definitely recommend the hotel for stay in Jaipur. The only reason I am not giving full 5 stars is due to some hiccups we had the first night and some hotel policies which I have listed below in cons. I'll start with the pros.
Pros :
- The interiors of the hotel and the rooms are really beautiful and well done and very unique.
-Location wise it is well placed, most major attractions are not too far from the hotel
-Staff and service is really good mostly
-Food is pretty good too, some might consider it slightly pricey though. Most of us enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet and also, they provided us with food on the night we checked in even though we checked in a bit late, close to the time they take the last order in the kitchen
-The hotel and rooms are well maintained and very clean mostly.
-The hotel provided with heater when we requested
-Depending on the room one selects, the rooms felt spacious enough.
Cons :
-The first night we were in the peacock room, which did not seem that clean and also was very noisy and the windows did not shut properly due to which wind was coming in and the room got really cold. The staff next morning did allocate us another room and we did not have any complaints regarding the room after that. No one else from our group faced any issues with their rooms.
-The hotel has a weird old school policy of issuing just one key, even though its a digital key, which was a bit of an inconvenience and they are very strict with this policy for some reason, even if there are 2 or 3 people staying in one room.
-The house keeping staff sometimes miss out replenishing some complimentary supplies in the rooms like complimentary water, face towel, tea and sugar sachets etc. We followed up sometimes and sometimes we ignored. Also, there was only one dental kit, even if there are more than one guests in the room.
Overall our stay was really good and comfortable and I would definitely recommend the hotel.

My friend book this place for the birthday party and this is the not recommendable place for sure as we have already message for the same but there is no response.
Dear Team,
I'm writing to share my disappointment with the birthday celebration we had booked for my partner at your venue. Despite paying a premium for the experience, we felt it fell short of our expectations.
Upon arrival, we were surprised to find an anniversary setup instead of a birthday one. While we were understanding, we were disappointed to find that the personalized whiteboard message we had paid extra for was missing.
Furthermore, we had requested the chef to pack the cake for us to take home, but unfortunately, it was not provided. This oversight was particularly disappointing, considering we had paid for it.
We had high hopes for a memorable celebration, but these missteps left a sour taste. I hope you'll take our feedback constructively and improve your services to ensure future guests have a better experience.
And food was good and staff is friendly too but these 2 things I mentioned is disappointing.

The hotel has a wonderful ambiance with a cozy and homely feel. The rooms are beautifully designed, offering great comfort, and the food is excellent. However, the room service is quite slow, which could be improved.
