Ramada By Wyndham Jaipur North

This was our first experience with Ramada. I had heard all the praises for their hospitality and sadly my experience was not as per the expectation. Rooms in the hotel are of good size, enough to accommodate 4 adults with extra beds and that's where the good thing ends. Our room was not properly laid out, set top box remote was not working, housekeeping number was constantly engaged, toiletries in washroom were absent. Had to get in touch multiple times with reception to get things sorted before retiring for a comfortable night. Ample parking space and best part was to see charging points for EVs.

1. Staff is not professional , doesn’t understands the requirement of guest . Hospitality is missing to greater extent . 2. Handling guests at same time on breakfast is tough with limited staff available 3. You need to put on reminders for small things . 4. Rooms are good . 5. Food is good .

My stay at Ramada was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating specially Shwetank.The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a relaxing stay. Cleanliness is a strong point, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job in maintaining a hygienic environment. The food at the on-site restaurant is delicious, offering a variety of cuisines to suit different palates. The breakfast spread is particularly noteworthy, with a range of options to start your day right. Overall, Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur North is a decent choice for both leisure and business travelers, offering a comfortable stay with friendly staff and good amenities.Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur North offers a pleasant and decent visit experience. The hotel's ambiance is inviting, and the staff is warm and hospitable, always ready to assist.

Wasn't as per my expectations. Staff are nice, service is decent. But I would not go back again. The pain point is the check in at 2.00pm. For someone who has to come in for a business meet, this is not ideal at all. Despite informing prior for an early check in, room Wasn't available on arrival and the wifi was so bad I couldn't finish work either. The phone internet is pretty dicey in this area too. Over all an uneventful expectations. PS: food is great, meals were right along my ally of taste buds.

Rooms are meh, the views are bad. The walls and linen need fixing. The washrooms really need an update. Staff is slow and rude. The valet and security were rude for no reason. One of the staff members at the check in desk was also rude. Update: The wait staff and the service at the restaurant is even worse. Slow service, forgot the orders.
