I had a best experience with the hotel. Staff was very helpful. Mr Anil(Front Desk manager) was the most humble, professional, and very kind person. I would 5 out 5 five in aspects of hotel industries. I would recommend for every one to visit once for an amazing time

A Perfect Stay! I recently stayed at Rockland, Jaipur for a weekend getaway, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the view from the balcony. The location was ideal’close to local attractions yet peaceful enough for a restful stay. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and the Evening Dinner was So Good. Overall, my experience at Rockland, Jaipur was outstanding. I can’t wait to return!

Very unhygienic washroom not at all cleaned’ staff is lousy. Breakfast is cooked using very poor quality oil. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone even if it is giving room for ’500 per night. Many Jain Dharmshalas are much much better than this awful hotel..

Receptionist Guy Is Totally Rudely Behaviour. He Didn't Respect Elder's & Ladies. Also The Night's Receptionist I Found Him In Drink Condition . There Was No Sufficient Parking Space For Car's Totally Bad ’’ Experience... You Can Find Better Option In This Price Segment Without Any Type Headache or Tention.....

Very bad experience...rooms are not cleaned....bed sheets very used by many customers had old dirt patches ....ladies hair and cigratte buds also bidi .....instead of bisleri they give RO water filled in old used bottles and i think they sell original besleri .No toiletary items ..no soap no towels had to ask for everything ..very poor service also spiders on the room door and roaches insides ...A/C not working....Fan making noise.....worst
